Although the level-1 Ability works well as your troublesome trait, there are many superheroes with actual vulnerabilities/flaws (such as the Last Son of Krypton). So, let’s fill this gap:
You may choose a Weakness of any kind for your hero. Whenever your foes exploit it, they get to roll +1d6, but you earn a Hero point.
Simple as that.
